Thank you HiPEAC! HiPEAC 2026 conference in Krakow was a perfect opportunity for us to raise awareness of SecQDevOps and discuss our vision of building the European open source ecosystem for secure quantum software development.
The conference’s key focus areas – particularly the workshops and sessions centered on cybersecurity and safety-critical dependencies – were directly relevant to our mission. This allowed us to engage with leading industry players who are tackling similar issues in classical computing, providing invaluable technical validation for our approach to secure quantum software and hardware engineering.
Being part of the Eclipse Foundation booth at the industrial exhibiton, we were able to connect directly with the community. Presenting our vision to develop a secure, continuous DevOps pipeline for quantum was met with enthusiasm, forging new connections for future collaborations.
The impact of our time in Krakow is already being felt. By positioning SecQDevOps as key project to advance secure quantum engineering, we have received expert feedback that will directly influence the security architecture of our DevOps pipeline. Furthermore, we significantly raised the project’s profile within the European research and industrial computing ecosystem. The energy of the event has given us significant momentum as we continue to build a secure quantum future.
